RETURN POLICY

All of our batches are tested to ensure they meet the high quality our customers deserve. Please note that our products are hand-made from natural ingredients and each batch might have slight variations due to changes in our natural raw materials. Such variations do not impact the final quality of the product and customer's experience, and hence are not defined as "defect" or "issue".

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns, unless the product has an issue as it is received.


In case of an issue with your order, please contact us. We are happy to help address any questions or concerns.


In case of an issue/defect with the product, the issue must be reported to us within 3 days from delivery, with a picture showing the issue. We will do our best to address the issue in the best possible way. (Refer to our "Contact" page for our email address)

Once an item is eligible for a refund, a confirmation is sent to the customer and a refund equal to the amount paid by the customer for the item is issued within 5-7 business days from the confirmation.

Refund eligibility criteria only for unused items that must be in the original packaging and meeting one of the following requirements:

  • Damages caused by shipping

  • Defects that impact the intended use and quality of the product

  • Wrong items received
